There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Two rooms sleep 4 and one sleeps 3 in twin beds. Linens are provided. The purple and green room share a bathroom just down the hall. The aqua room has its own bathroom. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.

The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, dining room, and two sitting areas. There is a full bath off the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the entry.
